CyberXpose was founded to address a growing gap in the cybersecurity market. Small and medium businesses face many of the same cyber threats as large enterprises, yet rarely have access to the same level of security expertise or strategic guidance.
Our mission is to help organizations understand their real cybersecurity risk, prioritize the most impactful improvements, and build practical security programs that support business growth.

Meet the Founder
Todd Gibbons, CISSP
Founder & Principal Consultant
Todd Gibbons is a cybersecurity leader with experience securing enterprise environments spanning approximately 30,000 connected devices. He brings that same depth of experience to small and mid-sized organizations through CyberXpose
He began his career managing consulting teams and leading major technology initiatives, including Y2K remediation projects across the energy and pharmaceutical sectors. After earning his CISSP designation in 2005, Todd moved into IT compliance and security leadership within a large Canadian retail organization. He was later appointed Director of National IT Security, responsible for cybersecurity across corporate offices, distribution centres, and more than 1,500 retail locations, where he led the continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture over 16 years.
Todd later served as Director of Managed Services Optimization and Customer Success at a Managed Security Services Provider, where he elevated the client experience through automated executive reporting and played a key role in retaining several major client contracts.
In 2025, Todd founded CyberXpose with a clear mission: give small and mid-sized organizations access to the same calibre of cybersecurity leadership that protects large enterprises.
